Hmmm, now this isn't an area we would normally advise a novice investor to buy into, but for the seasoned landlord or the brave hearted, this one offers great potential returns. The downside is that it is not the most desirable area by far, the upside being that if you could get the price any lower than £120K, with a rental of £775 PCM this would return 7.7%.
